Deposits

A £10 deposit is required to secure every appointment and applies to your total. Non-refundable.

Cancellations

24+ hours notice to reschedule. Less than 24 hours may incur 50% of the service.

No-show

Missed appointments are charged 50% and may lose booking privileges.

Emergency slot

After-hours bookings (after 7pm or before 9am) carry an additional £15 fee when available.

Before your appointment

  • Wash your hair within 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Arrive detangled; heavily tangled hair may require extra time or fees.
  • Arrive solo to keep the space calm and focused.
  • If you need to change or cancel, message 24 hours ahead when possible.
